Hannah is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Abdominal Therapy (also known as Maya Abdominal Therapy developed by Dr. Rosita Arvigo,) Pre and Postnatal massage, deep tissue sports massage and trigger point therapy. Hannah has been practicing massage therapy for over 5 years and has worked with a wide range of body types from babies and children, young adults, elders and everything in between. She provides a safe space of non judgement to receive compassionate supportive bodywork to help ease tension, pain and discomfort in the body.

Hannah holds certifications with both the Abdominal Therapy Collective and Body Therapy Education, and is committed to continuing education, always seeking and participating in courses and trainings to deepen her knowledge and craft. She tailors her bodywork to each individual's musculoskeletal concerns as they move through the physical demands of everyday life. While specializing in women's health- Hannah provides a safe space for all and welcomes all genders, ages, ethnic, and religious identities.

Hannah is especially passionate about supporting women and those on the path of motherhood as it has been such a profound shift in her own life. Becoming a mother is a time of immense change for the body, mind and spirit- everything changes and is forevermore in constant flux. Regular massage/bodywork is an amazing tool for helping to integrate the enormous change experienced by the body during this transition. ​

She is also a proud mother of two beautiful boys, an avid gardener, beekeeper, forager, artist, herbalist and a lifelong believer in a holistic, integrative approach to health and well being.​​
